Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Flat rate: $12.95

Free Shipping:

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our modern furniture pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied with your bar stools, dining tables, or lounge chairs, you may return them within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of any damaged items (if applicable)

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Any special handling requirements

Step 3: Package & Ship

Please repackage items securely in their original packaging when possible. We recommend:

  • Using the same or similar protective materials
  • Including all original tags and accessories
  • Clearly marking your return authorization number on the package

Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Your new item will ship within 3 business days of approval

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our high standards of quality and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces
  • Items not in original condition (damaged, stained, or altered)
  • Products missing original tags or packaging

Special Note: Our desk chairs and lounge chairs with removable, washable covers may be returned if the covers remain unwashed and tags are attached.

Refund Details

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective
  • PayPal refunds may take 2-3 additional days to appear in your account

Damaged or Defective Items

If your console table, coffee table, or other item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours preferred)
  • Include photos of the damage and packaging
  • Do not discard any packaging materials

We’ll arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
