We offer two shipping methods:

Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 business days via EMS
All orders take 1-2 business days for processing before shipment.

Please inspect packages immediately upon delivery. Note any exterior damage with the delivery carrier. All items are securely packaged, but we recommend checking while the carrier is present. Larger pieces may arrive in multiple packages over several days.

We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving returned items.
